1. How long will it take to receive my Globalist status?
After your purchase, your status upgrade will begin processing within one business day. We'll send you an email confirmation when processing begins.
Your account will be upgraded within 45-60 days of purchase.
2. Am I guaranteed to receive all the posted benefits on every hotel stay?
That depends! Room upgrades rely on space being available at the hotel, so you'll receive an upgrade if complimentary room upgrades are available to status-holders.
You'll always receive other perks, like free breakfast and late checkout, as long as you hold status.
3. Do you need any other account information to process my upgrade?
To verify ownership of your World of Hyatt account, we'll need your account credentials.
We'll automatically request your credentials after you place your order. Your credentials are stored securely using bank-grade encryption and are removed from our systems after your upgrade is complete.
As a precaution, we recommend changing your credentials after your upgrade is complete.
4.Where does my upgrade come from?
We partner with corporate travel management agencies to process your status upgrade. Your upgrade comes from benefits in agreements sold by hotel brands to our partner agencies.
5.What do I need to do to receive my status?
After submitting your account information, you're done! Your purchase includes a direct upgrade to Globalist status on your World of Hyatt account.
Completing a fixed number of stays or nights, or meeting any other challenge, to receive the upgrade is not required.
